All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive
another notification when your order has shipped.
If you need assistance with your order, please contact me asap at
hello@rustyandjewel.com. I will not be able to make changes after order has
shipped.
I am located and ship from Upstate NY. Shipping times depend on your
location. If you live down the road from me you’ll get it faster than if you live
on the sunny coast of California. The USPS site quotes, but does not
guarantee 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. I am
not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address I will refund the original
order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask nicely that you re-submit your
order.
